How to Sync HubSpot with Leexi Using Plurally

Step 1: Connect Your Leexi Account in Plurally

1.Head to Leexi's API keys page and click "Add".

2.Create a new Leexi API key and write down the API key and secret (once you close the dialog, you will not be able to see the secret again).

3.Log into Plurally and go to your Studio.

4.At the bottom of the page, click "Add an API key".

5.Add the following API keys at the bottom of the page. In the modal, create an API key with name LEEXI_API_KEY and the value the API key created in step 2.

6.Repeat this operation with a new API key with name LEEXI_SECRET and the value the secret created in step 2.

Step 2: Clone the HubSpot + HubSpot template

1.Head to the HubSpot + Leexi template and click "Use this template". 2.Once redirected to your new flow, click on "Validate" it will prompt you connect your HubSpot account to Plurally.

3.Click authenticate and follow HubSpot's instructions to connect your HubSpot account.

4.Once the authentication is complete, you should see a confirmation message from Plurally.

4.Close the tab and head back to your flow and click "Validate". The show should be valid.

5.Click the "Test" button.

6.A dialog with a test summary from Leexi should appear. You can leave it or modify. Once you are happy, click "Submit".

7.After a few seconds, your (test) Leexi call is processed and your HubSpot objects are created or updated.

8.You can now click the "Start" button to start the flow. Your Leexi calls will now be automatically synced with HubSpot.

(OPTIONAL) Step 3: Prevent objects about you or your company from being created

1.Go back to your flow and hover over the bottom AI block called "Create HubSpot objects". When the menu appears, click edit.

2.In the instructions box, add the following line (replace <MY_COMPANY> with your company name, e.g. Plurally).:

Ignore any object related to <MY_COMPANY>.

Click "Submit" to save your changes.

3.Restart your flow by clicking "Stop" and then "Start". Your flow will now ignore any HubSpot objects related to your company.
