11.1 Google Sheets

We may request access to your Google Sheets account through OAuth 2.0 to read and write data. This access is used to provide you with the ability to import and export data from Google Sheets. We do not store your Google Sheets data on our servers. This feature is optional, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings as well as from your Plurally's account page:

Scopes

Depending on the features you wish to use, Plurally requests the following OAuth scopes to access your data:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.read: Read-only access to Google Sheets, allowing us to read the content of any spreadsheet to which you grant us access.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets: Full access to Google Sheets, allowing us to read and modify the content of any spreadsheet to which you grant us access. These permissions are only used to fulfill the core functions of the app. We do not access any other Google user data beyond what is necessary for the stated purposes.

Data usage

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your Google Sheets data with any third parties.

Temporary Storage: Any data retrieved from your Google Sheets is only processed temporarily and not stored on our servers.

11.2 Google Gmail

We may request access to your Google Gmail account through OAuth 2.0 to read emails, send emails or compose drafts. This access is used to provide you with the ability to create app that connect with your Gmail account. We do not store your Google Gmail data on our servers. This feature is optional, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings as well as from your Plurally's account page:

Scopes

Depending on the features you wish to use, Plurally requests the following OAuth scopes to access your data:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly: Read-only access to Google Gmail, allowing us to read the content of emails in your mailbox (past and incoming) of the email address to which you grant us access.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send: Send emails on your behalf using the email address to which you grant us access.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose: Send emails, compose drafts and modify drafts on your behalf using the email address to which you grant us access.

Data usage

Not Used as Training Data: Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your Google Gmail data with any third parties.

11.3 Facebook Login

If you wish to, you may authenticate to Plurally through Facebook Login. This secure access leverages OAuth 2.0 to authenticate your identity and provide you with a seamless login experience. We access information that you voluntarily provide when you authorize our app via Facebook and Instagram, including:

  • Basic Account Information: When you log in using Instagram, we collect basic information such as your account ID and username.
  • Business Data: If you manage Instagram Business Accounts, we collect relevant business and page data (e.g., page ID, page name). This data is necessary for us to provide you with the list of pages you manage and the associated Instagram Business Account so that you can pick the one you want to connect with Plurally.
  • Messaging: If you authorize access to Instagram messages for your Instagram Business Account, we may collect message metadata (e.g., message IDs, timestamps, sender's ID & username, message content) to help manage your communications. This data is necessary for providing message-management functionality.

  • pages_show_list: Access a list of Pages you manage.
  • pages_manage_metadata: Gives Plurally the ability to be notified when a new message is received through the use of webhooks.
  • business_management: List Instagram Business Accounts you manage.
  • instagram_basic: Access basic profile information for Instagram accounts you manage.
  • instagram_manage_messages: Read and send direct messages from the Instagram Business Account you connect with Plurally.

Deauthorization and Data Deletion

You have the right to revoke the permissions granted to Plurally at any time or request the deletion of your data. You can do this from your Instagram Settings Page or by contacting us directly. We will promptly respond to all requests for data deletion and ensure that the relevant information is removed from our databases in compliance with applicable regulations

11.5 HubSpot

We may request access to your HubSpot through OAuth 2.0 to read and write data. This access is used to provide you with the ability to integrate your HubSpot account. We do not store your HubSpot data on our servers. This feature is optional, and you can revoke access at any time from your Plurally's account page:

11.7 Google Chrome Extension

You can install the Plurally Chrome Extension to access our services and run your flows direcly from your browser. This is completely optional and you can remove the extension at any time.

Data Usage

We use the information collected to provide the services you request, such as the ability for you to run your flows directly from your browser using the current's tab data (html content,url). *The data is only accessed when you click on the extension's button "Run Flow" or enter the shortcut for it*. We do not have access to any other data from your browser on any other time.

  • notifications: Display notifications to you to inform you about the status of your runs.
  • cookies: Access to tryplurally.com's cookies to authenticate you in the extension. We do not write cookies from the extension, nor do we access cookies from other websites.
  • scripting: Necessary to access your browser's current data upon your request.
  • host permission (https://tryplurally.com/*): Needed to access tryplurally.com's auth cookies.
